Paris Hilton is back out of jail.
Seven words and I'm over it already!
Paris got out on Tuesday just after midnight (US time) and was greeted by a coterie of press and screaming fans... yeah I know! SHE has fans??? But then again so does Marilyn Manson, and his ideal birthday party is one where everyone dies!!!
The thing which caught most peoples eye was that Paris actually looked kinda nice minus all the product. She looked young and really kinda sweet!
Hard to compare the two isn't it?
Though Paris has almost from the beginning claimed a reformation has taken place during her prison sentence of 23 days - well after her brief release and re-incarceration at any rate - it's a little hard to buy.
Hollywood's worst "it" girl claims that she has turned over a new leaf and to all intents and purposes over the last two days she certainly looked it. Sombre, older outfits, even chic appearrances (yet still uniquely Paris) have adorned the heiress.
Likewise her first act having gotten out was to give her mother a hug. Promising?
After that she went home and got twelve inch hair extensions, a massage and a full make-over. A delivery from her favourite Mexican restaurant was turned away from the gates of her Mansion resulting in all the press camped out nearby getting a free meal.
All eyes and ears are now on Paris' Larry King interview - presently being filmed for its debut this weekend. No doubt she'll play the "new woman" routine and feel embarassed about her past wild child antics.
Can it last? Is it too late for people to start respecting her?
Frankly the question I want answered is that given who this is we're dealing with why does anyone care at all?
