She's Out
June 7th 2007 13:53
Well Paris did it again - she drew herself up, firmed her jaw, clenched her teeth, hardened her gaze and set her will... and begged like a bitch to bet set free!
While reports mid-last month predicted that the over-crowded nature of the Las Angeles County jails would see Ms Hilton released early to free up a cell, the District Atoorney scotched that claiming that Paris would serve 23 days and no less in order to use her high profile to display the states low tolerance drunk driver policy.
Well Paris it seems knew how to get around the nasty man. Despite the fact that she entered jail with an element of dignity and even inspired a shred of hope that she might be grim and bear it and maybe even learn something from her time, emerging a sadder and wiser engine as they say, she has talked her way out.
Early reports claimed that she spent her first three nights on the phone crying and claiming she couldn't sleep. Ms Hilton also complained that her cell was freezing cold and that she only had three small blankets, one of which she was forced to use as pillow due to the fact that none had been provided.
Oh it just sounds like HELL on earth doesn't it?!
Perhaps if Paris were to sober up every now and then she mighty realise that there are people in Las Angeles so hard up that they have committed crimes just to get inside and have a bed and a blanket!
Paris was visited on Wednesday by her shrink accompanied all the while by her lawyer. The duo stayed with La Paris for two hours.
Now I may be jumping to conclusions here but something tells me that's her angle for getting outies... has she claimed emotional stress or maybe she's pretending to have gone nuts! Eitherway no doubt the cure is rest and a great deal of luxury sporadically broken by press junkets and a great deal of partying in a variety of high-profile destinations.
It's truly vile.
Well barely three days later and she's out. Just so long as La Paris understands that her failure to do her time and emerge with fragily dignity as should have been the case means that unless she was pack-raped or psychologically tortured by her cell mates then no one is ever going to take her seriously again.
