Uh oh...

Guess who's out of rehab already?
After serving just 13 days of her three-month jail sentence, Lindsay Lohan was released from prison and put straight into a Los Angeles rehabilitation clinic. Despite being ordered to stay in rehab for a further three months, Lohan reportedly left the clinic on Tuesday, after just three weeks of being a patient there.
Her jail sentence was shortened due to the facility's overcrowding and her own good behaviour, and it is believed that her time in rehab was cut short because the doctors at the UCLA hospital where she was receiving treatment said that she was ready to go.
According to various reports, Lohan is believed to have been misdiagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and that the prescription she was given to control that disorder is what caused her to go off the rails. As a result, the UCLA doctors decided that the three-month rehab stay ordered by Judge Marsha Revel was excessive, and recommended the 24-year-old actress be given an early release.
While it is entirely possible that the events of the last two months have shocked Miss Lohan into sobriety, such an idea has so far been met mostly with derision from internet commentators... but as with anything of this nature, only time will tell whether this is the moment that Lindsay finally cleans up her act.
She's expected to continue receiving care as an outpatient at the rehab clinic, and must also be subjected to random drug and alcohol testing until her probation term ends in August 2011.
