Beyonce is a mum!

Of all the celebrity pregnancies in the last year or so, it's Beyonce's that has drawn the most attention from the media. Now, according to various reports, the most famous mum-to-be in the world has given birth over the weekend.... to a baby girl by the name of Blue Ivy Carter.
Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z allegedly paid more than $1 million to rent out an entire floor of the New York hospital where their daughter was born by scheduled C-section.
Mother and baby are both doing well, and various friends and family members have already begun Tweeting their congratulations (as you do in 2012!) to the new parents.
